Drug control teams at Muscat International Airport seized quantities of marijuana and narcotic pills from an air shipment meant for a woman of African nationality.
The Royal Oman Police (ROP) said in a statement: “The Anti-Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Section at Muscat International Airport, in cooperation with the Customs Department, seized 6.5 kilograms of marijuana and 300 tablets of narcotic pills arriving into the Sultanate by air shipment for an African national. Legal procedures against her have been completed.”
