The site is about 7 kilometres from Ruwi, and almost the same distance from the Muttrah Corniche and its heritage market, which considered as a favourable destination for tourists, visitors, citizens, and residents.

MOCK-UP Villa (B 14)

mock-up Villa is a residential villa, which is sufficiently spaced out, with beautifully landscaped gardens surround it. The Villa is designed over 3 floors and provide 2 Reception rooms with kitchen, 4 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms (two master bathrooms attached to master bedrooms, common bathroom and guest bathroom) and Maid’s room with bath facilities in additional to store in GF and laundry in PH. .
The villa is well designed and best utilize the building footprint, providing building area of ~ 229.05 m2, as well it is provided with a small private garden and parking for one vehicle.
It took six months to complete construction and the villa has been hand over on 12/01/2019, then the classy furniture was distributed throughout the villa, which was chosen from Abyat, Home Center and IKIA.

About the Project

This villa was constructed to be as a model home for Al Bustan residence Project to serve the following purposes:
1- All approved materials and designs are reflected in the mock up villa to be as a guide line while constructing stage for other villas.
2- To avoid any possible imperfection in the design during construction.
3- Marketing purposes, where the customers can have clear idea about the villas with its final stage.
